SURGICAL INSTRUMENT MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR
Pre-Solicitation Notice to obtain surgical instrument repair, sharpening, inspection, replacement and cleaning for all types of government-owned powered and non-powered surgical instrumentation regardless of manufacturer. The Contractor will provide support in the following areas at the VAMC Manchester and White River Junction as needed:
On-site Maintenance Services
Flexible and Rigid Scope Repairs
Power Hand Piece Repairs
Autoclave Cleaning and On-Site Case Cart Repairs
Loaner Equipment Program
Preventative Maintenance on all modalities
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit for a Single Award, Fixed Priced Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a 5 year period of performance to commence on or about 11/15/2018. Services shall be provided in accordance with the Performance Work Statement that will be included with the Solicitation. The solicitation will be issued as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned set aside on or about 10/15/2018. The applicable NAICS code is 811219 with a $20.5MIL Size Standard.
Copies of the solicitation will not be available for mailing. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of the contract.
