INSTALL SECCURITY CAMERAS AND DOOR LOCKS
The purpose of this amendment is to provide a response to vendor questions. Photos attached. The deadline for quote submission remains 8/31/2018. All requirements of the solicitation remain unchanged, as stated below.
The U.S. Geological Survey, Northern Appalachian Laboratory (NARL), located at 176 Straight Run Road, Wellsboro, PA 16901, has a requirement for the purchase and installation of AiPhone security cameras, associated components, and door locking systems. Additional requirements are specified in Statement of Work Attachment A, Section B.2. Refer to Attachment 1 for Q&As and site schematic.
This is a fixed price contract. Work is to be completed 45 days after receipt of award. A site visit is offered August 23, 24, 27 or 28 at 10:00 a.m., as described in Section E.4. Quote submissions are due on or before 08/31/2018.
The award will be made to the offer that provides the offer most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Refer to Section E.6, for further discussion of Evaluation Factors.
The acquisition is full and open competition. The NAICS code is 238210.
The anticipated award date of the contract is by 09/14/2018. Vendors must be registered at https://www.sam.gov/ to be awarded the contract.
