B. All work shall be performed in accordance with the attached Statement of Work
C. The magnitude of this project is less than $25,000.00
D. Proposals must be received via e-mail no later than 4PM EST on 17 September 2019.
E. Proposals must be valid for at 30 days.
F. Proposals must include attached Standard Form 1142 and Section B

H. A site visit will be held on Tuesday 10 September, 2019 at 1:00 PM EST. Contractors wishing to attend the site visit must submit names of the attendees to the POC, Calvin.Colquitt.2@us.af.mil, no later than 2:00 PM on 09 September 2019.
I. Questions are to be submitted via e-mail only to the POC by noon on the 11th of September 2019.
J. Proposals are evaluated for award by lowest price technically acceptable.
52.232-18 -- Availability of Funds.
Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
