The Corporal Michael J. Crescenz Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (CMCVAMC) located at 3900 Woodland Avenue in Philadelphia, PA 19104 is looking for an a qualified Service Disable Veterans Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) contractor. This acquisition will be procured under FAR 13 Short Turn Around for Contracts Not to Exceed SAT. Selection will be based on price and compliance to the information out inline in bid package.

The contractor work will include plumbing, site survey, excavation, general construction necessary for installation of drainage related to include, but not limited to saw cutting and removal of existing asphalt installation of trench drains, underground piping asphalt patching as well as all miscellaneous items required. All work must be performed in accordance with the specification and drawing provided. Site work must be performed on Saturday.

THE NAICS (NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM) CODE IS 238220- Plumbing, Heating

This project is 100% set-aside for SDVOSB. Before a SDVOSB is proposed as a potential contractor, they must be certified by VETbiz (www.vetbiz.gov) and registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Register via the SAM internet site at www.sam.gov Failure of a proposed SDVOSB to be certified by the CVE at the time of submission will result in elimination from further consideration as proposed awardee.

The solicitation shall be posted on fbo.gov on or about 7-21-17. Bid opening date will be 7-28-17

ALL BID PACKAGES ARE DUE ON OR BEFORE 7-28-17 @ 1:00PM. DO NOT SEND ANY BID PACKAGES BY EMAIL OR FAX. THEY MUST BE MAILED OR HAND DELIVERED.
