INMATE TELEPHONE AND CALL MONITORING SERVICE
PURPOSE:The State of New Mexico's Department of Information Technology (DoIT) requests proposals for Inmate Telephone and Call Monitoring Service at adult correctional facilities in the State of New Mexico. The Request of Proposals (RFP) is to select an Offeror to provide an Inmate Telephone and Call Monitoring Service that will provide the best combination of rates, service, and reliability for the Inmate Telephone Services and Call Monitoring Services, at locations designated in the request for proposal or any other correctional facility that in the future is opened, operated or designated by the NMCD, at no cost to either the New Mexico Corrections Department or to the Department of Information Technology (DoIT).
GENERAL INFORMATION:The initial term of the contract shall be for one calendar year. After the first term, the Department of Information Technology (DoIT) reserves the option of renewing the initial contract on an annual basis for up to (3) three additional one-year terms. In no case will the contract, including all renewals thereof, exceed a total of (4) four years in duration. This procurement will result in a single source award.
