The Department has implemented an Infrastructure Survey Program (ISP) at a cost of $4.3 million dollars from 2001 to the present. This program, which has been completed by an outside consultant, has collected an asset database for over 65,000 sewer conveyance structures that represent 87% of the sewer conveyance system, covering an estimated 447 square mile area. The purpose of this solicitation is to select a consulting firm for the continuation of the Department's infrastructure survey program. The budget for FY09/10 is $500,000. There are 9,000 remaining structures to be added to the current database, with 7,000 to be collected under the first year, and the remaining 2,000 to be collected under a renewal if budgeted for FY 10/11.
