The contractor shall provide all plants; materials, tools, supervision, and labor in order to create/maintain a well-designed plant scape, that is compatible with the building's décor in the Administrative and Laboratory atriums of Building 20 at the National Centers for Animal Health (NCAH). Contractor shall provide regular maintenance service to ensure the plant scape looks healthy, green and lush year round. The area includes a lobby and adjoining atrium, 9,303 sq. ft.; and a large common atrium, 11,686 sq. ft. Atriums have 65 foot glass ceilings.

The contractor shall provide all equipment and personnel to water, prune, and fertilize the plants on a schedule appropriate for the plants to remain healthy. At a minimum there shall be a weekly visit to complete the tasks listed above. The contractor will replace dead, dying, decaying, diseased or otherwise unhealthy plants when identified at no additional cost to the Government.
