INDIVIDUAL OR ORGANIZATION TO SUB-LICENSE A COMUNICATION SITE
The University seeks a qualified organization or individual to Sub-License the Site for use solely for the purpose of erecting, operating and maintaining equipment for radio or television communications which is, or may hereafter, be licensed by the Federal Communications Commission, together with necessary appurtenant facilities and apparatus for the purposes of broadcasting programs, communications, or signals to the residents of the City and surrounding areas..
