This NSN is not a critical application item. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicitation is for a stock buy. Solicited as unrestricted on other than a full and open competitive basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 60 each. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 14 each for the base year only. . These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option periods. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is on or about June 5, 2014.
