PRON: AX7C0682AX.  The Government proposes to acquire, on a five-one year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, a minimum quantity of 20 each up to 100 each maximum quantity of an INDICATOR, TRANSMITTER, NSN: 6680-01-471-6741, Part Number: HM020-179-1, applicable to the BK CH-47 (CHINOOK) weapon systems.


 


Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Testing (FAT) is 303 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 202 DACA without FAT requirement with deliveries to Tracy, CA, 95304-5000.


 


 Forecasted quantities are 1st year - 20 each, 2nd year - 20 each, 3rd year - 20 each, 4th  year - 20 each, and 5th year - 20 each . This item is limited-sourced to:

  This acquisition is restricted to the item description set forth in this synopsis, which specifies a Government or manufacturer's part number. There is no Technical Data Package (TDP) included with this solicitation.  It is the responsibility of the potential offeror to obtain all specifications and drawings necessary to manufacture the item being solicited to include obtaining and maintaining any necessary licensing agreements with the data owner while the contract is in effect-AVIATION ONLY.  All references to specifications and drawings must include all and only Government approved changes or revisions, which is effective as of the date of this solicitation.  If any effective change or revision affects the interchangeability of the item (ability to be interchanged with previous parts or to connect with all Mating parts when assembled), the Contractor shall request prior verification and approval of the change or revision from the Procuring Contracting Officer prior to implementing the change.


 


All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency.  The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.  Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
