INDEPENDENT RENTAL HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES
independent rental housing, arranged by leases with private landlords or property management
companies, for single adults with disabilities receiving services from CSD and other community
agencies. This project comprises two components: (1) Independent Housing and (2) Service
Coordination. Although one entity may be qualified to provide both components, CSD is also
interested in models that involve a partnership between two entities (e.g. an existing property
management company with vacant units partnering with a licensed Health Care
Program (MHCP) provider).
