This RFP is for the purpose of procuring a computerized system for managing incidents. If the
proposed cost of this system is low enough and if funding is available, the County will also
procure a GIS data solution that will streamline the dissemination, creation and analysis of GIS
data in agency facilities and in the field by first responders and other incident management
personnel.
