NOTICE TO ILLINOIS SB MULTIPLE AWARD TASK ORDER CONTRACT (MATOC) HOLDERS
DESCRIPTION:
THE RESULTING SOLICITATION IS A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. Proposals will only be requested and accepted from Small Businesses who currently hold a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) from the United States Property and Fiscal Office in Illinois.

Project Title: FY14 Roof Maintenance
The solicitation and associated information and the plans and specs for RFP 182-14-0005 will be available only from Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website online at https://www.fbo.gov/. FedBizOpps is a web-based dissemination tool designed to safeguard acquisition related information for all Federal agencies. Interested offerors must register with FedBizOpps before accessing the system. FedBizOpps registration requires the following information: 1) System for Award Management (SAM) Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN), 2) DUNS Number and CAGE code, 3) Telephone number, 4) email address. Registration instructions can be found on the FedBizOpps website at https://www.fbo.gov/downloads/FBO_Vendor_Guide.pdf. Reference para. 4.7 of the Vendor Guide for instructions on using the MPIN to retrieve the specification and drawing documents which are located in the controlled access location on FBO.
To find or create your company's MPIN, follow these steps: 1) Go to the System for Award Management website (www.sam.gov). 2) Enter your user ID and password, then click the "Log In" button. 3) Select "View" across from the DUNS number you are looking for. 4) Scroll to the of the Points of Contact to view your MPIN. Offerors who have registered with FedBizOpps must access the data for this solicitation with their MPIN.
