IDIQ for Nursing Services
The Department of Defense Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS) intends to award on a competitive basis, a single, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), bilateral contract from this solicitation using FAR Parts 12 and 15 procedures and the Best Value -Tradeoff approach, to the responsible offeror whose offer will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Services are required in support of the Special Education Program located at for the Fort Bragg Schools, NC. Period of performance is 20 August 2014 through 19 August0 2018. The solicitation number is HEVAS6-14-R-0018 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP).
This action incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular, Class Deviation and DCN as of date of this solicitation.
The Department of Defense Domestic Elementary and Secondary Schools is a federal government agency, an education activity, tax exempt, and qualified for academic/educational pricing.
The submission due date and time is August 12, 2014, 10:00 AM (Eastern).

Offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation, any supporting documents, and any applicable amendments posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOps) website at http://www.eps.gov. Amendments may be posted to FedBizOps up to and until the response due date.
Responses shall include technical proposal for the individuals being offered and must be available to start 20 August 2014.
