IDIQ COMPERHENSIVE ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES AMC
The Environmental support includes, but not limited to, an assortment of environmental programs and initiatives supporting a wide variety of critical functions and capabilities to enhance and streamline operations in order to align with mission readiness objectives for agencies/organizations. The contractor and the contractor's subcontractors and suppliers shall perform all work in full compliance with applicable Federal, State, and Local environmental laws and regulations. The contractor shall have diversely skilled expertise in this implementation and application of environmental laws, statues, and regulations, including but not limited to: the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act Comprehensive Environmental Responsibility, Compensation and Liability Act, National Historic Preservation Act, National Environmental Policy Act, Occupational Safety and Health Act, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, Noise Control Act, Asbestos Hazardous Emergency Response Act, International Standard for Organization 14001, and Executive Orders involving the Environment, Occupational Health, and Safety.
