This Modification to the Synopsis dated 01 October 2018 is being issued as follows:

1.    Criterion (2). Key Personnels Professional Qualifications, and Specialized Experience and Technical Competence, Submission Requirements, subparagraph (b), is revised to the following:

bSubmit a maximum of five (5) projects demonstrating experience in the specified design and engineering services (e.g. SPECINTACT, Cost estimates utilizing the MII cost estimating system, Functional Analysis and Concept Development (FACD), Request for Proposal (RFP) documentation for Design-Build (DB) and Design-Bid-Build (DBB) projects, MILCON Region/FEC Team 1391 project documentation and Engineering Studies), in the NAVFAC Pacific Area of Responsibility (AOR).b

2.    Contractorbs questions and Government responses are provided in the attached file for information purposes.

3.    There is no change to the response date/time: no later than 2:00 p.m.
