The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Carl Vinson, Dublin, Georgia has a requirement for on-going facilities construction, alterations and repair of buildings, structures and other real property. The intent of this solicitation is to award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Task Order Contract for this VA Medical Center. The type of work to be performed will be general construction. Task Orders shall be based on individual projects and will vary in size and dollar amount, with a minimum guarantee of $2,000 for a five (5) year period. The IDIQ may not exceed the total maximum of $1,500,000 over a five (5) year period. The intent is to award one (1) IDIQ contract. All contract work will be completed through individual Task Orders for individual projects and comply with applicable project specifications, and current building codes. Each task order will be priced individually and will include its own wage determination and will have its own completion date. Primary NAIC code is 236220. Contract shall be for a 5-year firm-fixed price with no options. Contract will be awarded using the Best Value source selection process as outlined in the solicitation. Solicitation can be obtained electronically on the Internet web page at http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about the week of April 10, 2017. Notification of any postponements and any amendments to the solicitation will only be posted on this web-site. It is the sole responsibility of the offeror to continually view this web-site for any amendments made to the solicitation. At this time, it is estimated that proposals will be due NLT 2:00 p.m. (EST), 05-10-2017. HARD COPIES OR CD-ROM OF THE SOLICITATION OR THE PLAN HOLDERS LIST WILL NOT BE PROVIDED BY THE GOVERNMENT. ALL CONTRACTUAL AND TECHNICAL QUESTIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING BY E-MAIL (Anthony.monroe2@va.gov) OR Phillip.braswell@va.gov . NO TELEPHONE QUESTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. This procurement is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). To be considered for an award, Offeror must be a SDVOSB and visible in VIP (VAAR 804.1102), registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (information on registration requirements can be obtained by the Internet at https://sam.gov. The Government will not pay any costs for responses submitted. NO OTHER INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE OTHER THAN WHAT IS NOTED HEREIN.
