Title: ISC 2.0 Industry Day and Draft Basic and Task Order PWS

This announcement constitutes a RFI. This RFI does not constitute a solicitation for proposals or any obligation on behalf of the Government. The responses to this RFI are not an offer and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. No contract award will be made on the basis of this RFI. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this RFI, nor will the Government compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing the information. Vendor participation is not a promise of future business with the Government. The level of security clearance and amount of foreign participation in this requirement has not been determined. Any information provided in response to this RFI will be used for informational purposes only and will not be returned. All proprietary information should be clearly marked as such. All information submitted by respondents to this RFI, including appropriately marked proprietary information, will be safeguarded and protected from unauthorized disclosure. To support contractor teaming and/or subcontracting arrangements a list of contractors responding to this synopsis may be posted, when available.


This RFI is to provide the ISC 2.0 Industry Day schedule and for One-on-One Industry Day session timeslot requests (See attached Industry Day Schedule and Instructions for details).


This RFI also includes drafts of the Basic PWS and 3 of the 5 anticipated Task Order PWSs for industry review and comment during ISC 2.0 Industry Day.


For minor issues or questions regarding draft documents, please submit these on the included Comment Resolution Matrix (CRM) template NLT 22 November 2019 (afnwc.pzbc.isc2@us.af.mil). One-on-One sessions should be used to present any major concerns or questions. This session can also be used to discuss any general topics or questions regarding the ISC 2.0 effort.
