Programs throuhgout the Air Force and Industry are faced with hiring and rentention issues. Attached is a questionnaire compiled from questions asked throughout various service sectors. Industry responses to these questions will assist the Government team in better understanding hiring and rentention practices.

Responses should be sent to AFNWC.PZBC.ISC2@us.af.mil by COB 07 August 2019.

CLARIFYING QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS:

Q1: Are the responses required to be filled out in the template and boxes provided for each question, or can a seperate document be used so long as it complies with the format instructions?

Answer: You are not required to use the template provided so long as your response follows the formatting instructions provided.

Q2:  The instructions in the questionnaire state, "the manner in which a question is answered may preclude the need for an expanded response", is it acceptable to provide an expanded response when an explanation could provide greater detail into the first part of our response, and thus provide more support for the development sections L and M?

Answer: It is not required to expand on these types of questions but if you feel it is valuable information for the Government team, then we welcome any and all insight.
