IBM Velocity/Data Explorer
The Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and negotiate a contract on a limited source brand name justification basis for the IBM product InfoSphere Velocity/Data Explorer.
This procurement will fulfill the annual software subscription & support renewal for the FY14 Velocity/Data Explorer. The anticipated award of the resultant contract is June 15, 2014.
An Award Notice will be publicized, when applicable, along with the supporting Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition (J&A), in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 5.301, 5.303, and 6.305 under separate notice.
