IBM SPSS Modeler Premium Authroized User License & SW subscription and support
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to procure one IBM SPSS Modeler Premium authorized user license with software subscription and support, part number D0EP4LL, and two SPS Modeler Premium authorized user license annual software subscription and support renewals, part number E09R3LL. SPSS Modeler is a modeling tool that provides software tools to efficiently surface engineering and supportability issues.
The Government will procure the items using limited sources (Brand Name Only) from the authorized resellers under the Enterprise Software Initiative (ESI), a required source in accordance with DFARS 208.74. This order is mandated to be purchased via the ESI website.
The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. GENERAL INFORMATION: There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award or awards, or be responsible for any money expended by interested parties before award of a contract for the effort described above.
