IBM RATIONAL TOKEN LICENSES

This procurement is for IBM Rational Software Token agreement valid for access to the products listed in the Product Description Sheet. Total number of tokens requested is 1296 to ensure access to all products by the entire Software Engineering Directorate community. The offeror agrees to hold the prices in it offer firm for 30 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers. Delivery is FOB Destination, 30 days after the date of contract award.

Proposals must be submitted to Hunter Hall via email at john.h.hall178.civ@mail.mil no later than Monday 02 February 2015 1500 CST. Questions must be submitted to Hunter Hall no later than 30 February 2015 1700 CST. All questions will be answered in an amendment to this solicitation and distributed to all interested vendors.
No other brands will be accepted IAW (FAR) 3.302-1(c)(1). Please see the attached Documents further information.
