This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Synopsis. This is not a request for proposal (RFP). This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The Government will not pay for any cost incurred in responding to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought synopsis shall be voluntary.
The purpose of this sources sought synopsis is to determine interest and capability of potential qualified businesses relative to the NAICS code 541330. The Small Business size standard for this NAICS code is $35.5 Million. To make an appropriate acquisition decision for this project, the Government may use responses to this sources sought synopsis. Large and Small Businesses are invited to answer this market survey and provide their contact information to determine market capabilities.
The Government is conducting market research to identify, as potential sources, companies that may possess the expertise, capabilities, experience, and financial capacity to competently and competitively respond to requirements that provide Hypobaric chambers Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) and engineering and technical services to maintain Operational Safety Suitability and Effectiveness (OSS&E) baseline.
The potential requirement and the instructions for responses are provided in the attachment. This request may not directly lead to a Request for Proposal. Deadline for submission is 4:00 p.m. EST, 16 July 2014.
