Hyper-Chlorination H20 (Potable Water)
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
A Request for Quote under solicitation number VA248-14-Q-1220 is being issued to procure hyper chlorination service (one term service). The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-74. Under authority of Public Law 109-461, VAAR 819.70 (Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Acquisition Program), and FAR 19.5 (Set-Asides for Small Business), this requirement is set-aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
To be eligible for award, the offeror must be registered with the Dun & Bradstreet and System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines. Registration information can be found at www.sam.gov. As per VAAR 819.7003, offerors must be Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE) verified SDVOSB's at the time of offer, and prior to award.
