Hygiene Kits for Emergency and Replenishment
The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), in accordance with its Inter-Agency Agreement (IAA) with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), is the primary source to provide standard, commercial-off-the-shelf, hygiene kits in the event of a disaster/emergency as well as during replenishment efforts. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes are being requested to establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA). The combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) number GSASPB-17-Q-0050
