The sealed envelope or package used to submit the bid must be marked "DO NOT OPEN" and must show the time and date specified for receipt, the solicitation number (i.e. FA5004-15-B-0002), and the name and address of the bidder. Bidders are cautioned that Eielson AFB, AK, has visitor control procedures requiring individuals not affiliated with the installation to obtain a visitor pass prior to entrance. SOME DELAY SHOULD BE ANTICIPATED WHEN HAND-CARRYING BIDS.
