Hydro Mulch Overseeding
The City of San Antonio is soliciting bids to furnish Hydro Mulch Overseeding in accordance with the specifications listed herein. This contract will provide hydro mulch to be utilized by Storm Water Operations, a division of Public Works, to re-vegetate earthen channels.
