This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is F3Q2AD4126A001 and this is a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This announcement is issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. This requirement is FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract, the award will be made based on the lowest price. The solicitation shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation (http://farsite.hill.af.mil).
Federal Acquisition Regulation 252.204-7004 (Alt A) requires Central Contractor Registration. All respondent offerors must be registered in https://www.sam.gov in order to be eligible for contract award.

Items are requested to be delivered NLT 3 weeks after receipt of award.

See Class Deviation 2012-O0004, Prohibition Against Contracting With Corporations That Have an Unpaid Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony Conviction under Federal Law, dated January 23, 2012. Contracting officers shall include this provision in all solicitations that will use funds made available by Division A of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2012, including solicitations for acquisition of commercial items under FAR part 12, and shall apply the restrictions included in the deviation.
