This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number FA8125-19-Q-A079 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice (DPN) 20161222, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2017-1003. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 333519. The size standard is 500. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business.
The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the procurement of a Hydraulic Press Brake.
Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
