The following shall be included:
Licenses for 20 Users,
Technical Support including 24/7 Customer Assistance and Troubleshooting,
and User Training at no additional cost to the Government.
System Regulatory Compliance Requirements:
The Joint Commission,
College of American Pathologists (CAP),
American Association of Blood Banks (AABB),
and U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
System Capabilities:
- Track tissue products from receipt to final disposition
- Use the manufacture's barcode to capture information within the provided system
- Assign a unique identifier to multiple products with the same manufacturer assigned lot number
- Has the ability to print barcodes of unique identifiers
- Record product quality checks
- Trace tissue product issuance
- Record temperatures from throughout the storage process
- Link product to a patient's identification and patient's medical record
- Track products used in tissue preparations
- Complete tissue usage card automatically
- Provide a process for product recalls
- Provide a method for the completion of an adverse reaction investigation
Subscription Period (Base): 1 August 2017 - 31 July 2018
Subscription Period (Option 1): 1 August 2018 - 31 July 2019
Subscription Period (Option 2): 1 August 2019 - 31 July 2020
Subscription Period (Option 3): 1 August 2020 - 31 July 2021
Subscription Period (Option 4): 1 August 2021 - 31 July 2022
