Human Resources Services
The Council seeks the assistance of a human resources consulting firm to provide a variety of human
resources services in the areas of: affirmative action plan, compensation study, and general
human resources services. If additional funds or tasks are identified, an amendment to the
contract may be proposed to reflect the additions.
