The University is requesting statements of qualifications for the development of job descriptions and a compensation structure for all non-faculty benefited positions. The objective of this procurement activity is to identify qualified firms to work with administration to develop a compensation philosophy for the non-faculty positions; develop communications which improve employees’ understanding of the compensation and classification plan; analyze existing employee jobs and prepare job descriptions.
