Proposing vendors will be asked to supply services that include ad placement, purchase, creative development of image advertising campaigns (consistent with corporate image and existing brand standards), creative development of recruitment advertising campaigns (consistent with corporate image and existing brand standards), research, planning, negotiation and buying of media, development and production of internet and multimedia (consistent with corporate image and existing brand standards). These services will be used to support, validate and augment advertising services that may be provided in-house or through other sources.
