Human Resources Applicant Tracking System
It is the intent of this RFP to secure the services of an experienced vendor to provide a software solution to replace the Citys existing applicant tracking process. The software solution must include integration with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Vendor responsibilities will include full implementation, testing and installation of the software solution that meets the current technological environment of the City. The vendor will also be expected to provide maintenance and software support after implementation. Support for the system will reside within the Information Technology Department (unless vendor proposes a vendor-hosted solution). Implementation will be provided through the Department of Human Resources. The vendor will need to work intimately with these areas in order to define and create a software solution that is in the best interest of the City.
