Human Resources Administrative Services
This Request for Proposal (RFP) for a human resources services contractor is published by the Technological Research and Development Authority (TRDA). The contractor must be an organization providing consulting human resources administrative services in the broad areas of employee health benefits programs, employment adminstration services and employer liability programs for the public and/or private sectors. The contractor selected will provide services to arrange and procure health insurance benefit programs for TRDA employees, manage employer liability programs, provide select human capital services, and handle payroll administrative services. The contract period is anticipated to commence on or about August 1, 2008 and expire on July 31, 2009 with an option to renew for two additional years.
