As part of our continual effort to be an employer of choice, we find it appropriate to conduct a request for information (RFI) process that will allow us to assess all of the 457 provider options for our employees. The County is planning to market its 457 Deferred Compensation Plan. It has not been decided at this point if we will continue to have only one 457 provider or if we will potentially offer multiple options for our employees.
