Human Resources/Payroll System and Time and Attendance System
The City of Gaithersburg is soliciting professional design and implementation services necessary to produce a Human Resources / Payroll system and a Time and Attendance system. The Human Resources and Payroll system (RFP 2009-11) shall include, but not be limited to, employee self-service functionality, applicant tracking and recruiting, benefit tracking, robust reporting functionality, and capability to interface with the City�s current financial system. The Time and Attendance system (RFP 2009-12) shall include, but not be limited to, employee self-service functionality, electronic timesheet submission capabilities, time capturing devices, and project/job tracking.� Respondents may submit proposals for either or both systems.
