Human Portable Tripwire
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Procurement Operations (OPO), in support of the Domestic Nuclear Detection Office (DNDO), requires Human Portable Tripwire (HPT) Systems.
To obtain these items to support DNDO and other interested DHS Operational Components, OPO is conducting a full and open competition. OPO intends to award one or more than one Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract(s) from this Solicitation for commercial items under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, "Acquisition of Commercial Items." The contract(s) resulting from this Solicitation will be available for use throughout the entire Department and its Operational Components.
Any questions on this Solicitation must be sent no later than 12:00 pm Eastern Time, Tuesday, July 1, 2014, as specified in the Solicitation.
