Q1. Are the quantities listed in the Price Cost Schedule of Supplies and Services for years four (4) and five (5) correct?
A1. No, some of the quantities for years four (4) and five (5) are not correct due to technical software issues. The quantities in each year s Price Cost Schedule of Supplies and Services should be exactly like the quantities in the base year s Price Cost Schedule of Supplies and Services.
Q2. Do amendments of the solicitation need to be acknowledged by completing and submitting the form on page 4 of 88 in the solicitation with quotes?
A2. No, the acknowledgement of any amendment(s) is not required to be submitted with quotes. However, it is to the quoter s advantage to have knowledge of the amendment(s) and to apply them as applicable.
