Hufcor walls/paired panel series maintenance
USU has a requirement for an annual maintenance on 32 x Hufcor walls/632 x Hufcor paired panel series installed in the MSl and MSII labs, to include a base period of one (1) year with (3) three of one (1) year option periods.
Statement of Work MDL is requesting annual maintenance on the HUFCOR walls/panels installed in the MSl and MSII labs. There are a total of 32 walls and 632 paired panel series. The maintenance should consist of the following elements: Inspect: a. All tracks, trolleys, curves, intersections, switches and supports. b. All acoustical seals, including operable top and bottom seals. c. All jabs, hinges, pas doors and pocket doors. Preventive Maintenance: a. Cleaning and lubricating all tracks as required. b. Adjusting all panels to plumb conduction. c. Lubricating all trolleys, hinges and other moving parts. d. Adjusting operable top and bottom seals. e. Tightening loose acoustical seals, hinges, panel trim and trolleys. Written Report Identifying Any Deficiencies Including: a. All unsafe conditions. b. Panels out of level or plumb that require repair. c. Worn, damaged or broken parts and components requiring replacement d. A price for materials and labor to correct deficiencies. The assigned spaces are class rooms. The vendor must be flexible when it comes to gaining access to the spaces (working after 4:00 pm and weekends if necessary).
