Description
This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items," as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotation s are being requested, and another written solicitation document will not be issued.
This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-97.
The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 713990, with a small business size standard of $7.5M.
Award shall be made to the quoter whose quote is the lowest priced and technically acceptable in according with the performance work statement, attachment B. Please include deliverables 1-5 listed in Section 5 of PWS with quote. Award will be made without discussions.
The government may request a tour of the range before contract award to ensure property, equipment, and facility meets the requirement.
