1. On-line room selection
2. Self selection of roommates
3. On-line status of housing application
4. Compatibility with the Universitys SunGard SCT Banner operating software
5. Compatibility with the Universitys IBM Servers
It is the Universitys goal to have the system operational before April 2011.
