Housing Rehabilitation Program.
Building code and serious maintenance problems are the first priority of the program. Typical projects include new roofs, electrical replacement or updating, replacement heating and/or plumbing systems, weatherization, well and/or septic system repairs/replacement. The Program assists owners in determining the repairs needed, selecting contractors and inspecting the work to ensure quality control.
