Housing Quality Standards Inspection Process

Program (HVP) seeks a consultant to coordinate the Housing Quality Standards inspection process. The County has 275-300 vouchers that provide rental assistance for people who are disabled and formerly homeless. It is a requirement of the grants that the properties where vouchers are used meet US Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Housing Quality Standards (HQS).
