Housing Opportunities for Persons with HIV/AIDS Program (HOPWA) & Fiscal Monitoring Services
The contracts are to provide housing and supportive services to low-income persons living with HIV/AIDS (HOPWA). Services solicited are: 1. Housing Information Clearinghouse; 2. Central Coordinating Agency to provide Emergency Hotel/Motel and Meal Vouchers; 3. Central Coordinating Agency to provide Short-term Rent, Mortgage, and Utility grants and Permanent Housing Placement grants; 4. Emergency, Transitional, and Permanent Housing (Scattered-Site Master Leasing); and 5. Supportive Services. Additionally, this RFP is soliciting fiscal monitoring services to conduct fiscal reviews and monitoring of the HOPWA funded contractors.
