Housing Needs Assessment
This product will serve as a general overview of the County’s housing needs and resources, a quick reference of statistics and trends and a general tool to inform local housing policy development and consolidated planning efforts. The tool shall include a population and housing “projections” model that can be updated and built upon with new data in future years, for more accurate and reliable forecasts. It will be the basis for the (Phase 2) County-wide Housing Plan.
