Housing Needs Analysis
The City of Medford seeks proposals from land use consultants experienced in the conduct of Housing Needs Analyses and Comprehensive Plan Housing Elements, to produce an updated Housing Element and Housing Needs Analysis in compliance with all requirements of ORS 197.296 and ORS 197.303 and statewide land use planning Goal 10.
