The University is seeking a vendor for the implementation of a Housing Management Software package. Successful management of housing assignments for undergraduate students, families and graduate students, guests and conference groups. Describe how your software can accommodate these assorted assignments. Give an example of a successful implementation.

Installation to include data conversion of existing systems. The system must be able to integrate Real-time with SunGard Banner, Blackboard and other formats deemed essential by the Univeristys Information Technology Services (ITS). Please describe, in detail, a successful integration with a SunGard Banner school.
