Housing Management Services
The State is unbundling the supportive services from the housing so that the client has choice of both housing and service provider. It is imperative that the client has a choice to decide from which organization s/he receives clinical and care management services as well as where s/he lives.
The new housing provider will manage the master leases of the 102 units (163 beds) and place persons in the beds as determined by the status on the waiting list, the choice of the individual for location, roommate, and actual unit. Initially, the housing provider will coordinate/assume the existing leases with the ultimate goal of having the clients hold their own lease with the property owner directly.
