A housing feasibility study shall be performed to provide direction on how the University needs to expand student housing facilities. The following information shall be included in the final report:
1. Demographics of the current student population.
2. The demand (number and type) for future housing needs.
3. The housing cost analysis of any new facility.
4. The desired amenities included in any new facility.
