Housing Element Update and Environmental Impact Report
The Napa County Conservation, Development, and Planning Department requests
proposals from qualified consultants for preparation of a comprehensive update to
the Housing Element (of the General Plan) for Napa County and its associated
environmental impact report (EIR). It is anticipated that one firm, or a team of
qualified firms, would be selected to perform all tasks related to the Update and
EIR, including preparing necessary technical studies, conducting public outreach,
producing plan text and illustrations, preparing the Environmental Impact Report,
and coordinating review by the public and interested agencies.
